AUX is entirely built onchain. The smart contracts run on the Base Ethereum Layer 2. The links we curate on AUX will be saved to the Blockchain and exist for as long as the Ethereum network exists. Possibly forever.

AUX Smart Contract

This contract saves all posts onchain and facilitates the transfer of ATTN.

ATTN

ATTN is the native digital currency of the AUX ecosystem. It functions as an ERC20 token with a total supply of one billion.

Currently, the ATTN token is non-transferable and its utility is confined to AUX smart contracts. ATTN tokens are not available for purchase on any cryptocurrency exchanges. The only way to acquire them is through active participation on the AUX platform. This play-to-earn approach incentivizes active user engagement.

These restrictions on ATTN token transferability are planned for removal in the future.
